This morning, my wife took our car in for an EGR cooler recall to the Galway branch. The customer service experience there was exceptional.  In particular, Leah and Niall were very professional and courteous to her. It is all too common to experience average, or poor customer service and we, the customer can be quick to complain.  But in this case today, it was very positive and engaging. So, well done!

I recently brought my BMW to Colm Quinn for a service and another issue on my car. Martin and the guys worked on it relentlessly to get it sorted. I am delighted with the service I received and could not recommend them enough when it comes to servicing and looking after your BMW. They constantly kept me in the loop of what was going on, and were extremely accommodating, taking the car in at short notice etc. If their sales department are anything like the service department then it would only make sense to buy from them! 5 stars!!
