Me and my family(family of 6) Had the most amazing encounter with this team special shout out to Paddy he was our MAN✅ from start to finish and continuously communication is excellent. The service they rendered is undeniably the best. I have been around garages and dealership in many years but by far Martin Barrett is the best family oriented! I could not highly recommend them enough but am ever so grateful and delighted we have found them. We will be back for out future car. Again our utmost and sincerest thanks! What you waiting for? Lovely guy called Gavin checked my car thoroughly and said nothing was wrong with it. It just needed lubricant. He was kind and emphatetic and charged nothing. I will always have my car serviced by Barrett's.

Unprofessional. Viewed a car on a Saturday and I immediately expressed my keen interest in the car. Was told they would give me a ring during the week. I had to ring four times as I hadn’t heard anything. Each time I was told the member of the sales team, Paddy, which I was dealing with when viewing the car etc would ring me back. Eventually after ringing four days in a row he returned my call. Then told me he would give me a ring back again with figures etc. I have not heard back from him. Even a quick phonecall or email to let me know what was happening would have sufficed. So unprofessional and any other member of staff I spoke to on the phone seemed annoyed and snappy. Not exactly the service you would expect after expressing a keen interest to purchase a car. Would not recommend this place.
