Kylemore cars gave me a very good car buying experience. From visiting your office at BLUEBELL and at Ballymount, it was all a pleasant moment. Mark was particularly professional and pleasant, never tired of my many questions regarding car choices until I found my car choice. On the day of pick up, Andrew and Sammy greeted me with a kind smile from the entrance. Andrew did a great job with adequate and simple explanations of all details regarding the car, tax, insurance and warranty. And less i forget, thanks to Andrew for the hot cup of tea given to my wife and thanks to all other sales reps that I don't know their names and gave my son some chocolates. Overall, it was aplesant car buying experience.

Funny to give this review as I was so happy to get my first car, that my initial review for customer service when selected the car was 5 stars. Nightmare started today when we picked up the car. I was over the moon as I said until I started to drive the car on the motorway. The car started to badly shake and I had to slow down even if I was barely driving with 100km/h. I thought it’s from the M50 markings on the road so ignore it. After exiting on another motorway, same issue, only worse. Again, not even 100km/h. And this is just the beginning. Second issue appeared when I wanted to use the second key which didn’t work as the battery was gone in it. Texted the person I dealt with and he said to replace the battery - in a car I just bought 😂 Third issue, the label in the picture was attached to the keys… I was told the car was serviced but didn’t get any proof. Turns out there’s an issue with the clutch in the automatic gearbox. Not to mention the cleanliness of the car which supposedly was valeted before pick up. And fourthly, as the car is imported, I thought we were supposed to get a quality cert or something similar. Hopefully will get the issues sorted or at least be able to return the car… Disclaimer: test drive wasn’t done on the motorway as it was a high traffic hour so car wasn’t driven at high speed, we were suggested to drive it in that estate. Additionally, car is imported from Japan and had to be registered - was even given the wrong reg in order to insure it 😂
