We found all the team at Al Hayes Motors to be extremely helpful and efficient. Our car was ready on time and they kept us updated throughout the wait. They were extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to go through everything with us. They all made the whole experience a very positive and enjoyable one. They also contacted us after the sale to check we were happy. I have honestly never experienced such a great service from a dealership before. Highly, highly recommend.

The staff at Al Hayes couldn't have been nicer last Thursday 18th September when I had my car serviced, particularly Alan and Orla at the front 'parts' desk. The car when serviced was ready on time. Because I had traveled a distance there was a comfortable waiting room and coffee and tea available. Very courteous team. The car needed extra attention besides a service and to save me returning another day they kindly fitted it in and got the work done. I can't praise them enough. Thank you

Great service, no messing about, Damien and colleagues were polite, efficient, courtesy and knowledgeable. Test drove car on Saturday, picked up following Saturday, drove about 800kms that week and then to France following week. Car was great. One very small issue, which Damien has promised to get sorted at a time convenient to me. Great selection as well.
