Last year I purchased an Audi A3 from Kearys and they’re very very professional. And had no difficulties switching my insurance to the Audi. However this year it created a problem with my insurance company , precisely because the car is a Japan import. Needless to say the insurance company wanted written confirmation that the car had an Immobiliser fitted . Off with me to Audit who informed me that I would have to pay them 195.00 plus vat for the confirmation. You couldn’t see the door closing, I left Audi Limerick so fast. When I arrived at Kearys, and explained my situation the Sales manager took total control of the situation and printed off the paperwork and didn’t attempt to change me . I offered some payment and he declined. I thanked him for his professionalism and assured him that I would purchase another Audi next year from him.
