Very good customer service from Ellie, Trevor, Claire and jack. They all work very well as a team and on the ball with timings. Went to a few different places but they weren’t on the same level as Volkswagen Wexford

Excellent service executed by dedicated, knowledgeable and detail orientated staff. I brought my brand new Golf to VW Wexford to get a genuine VW tow bar fitted. Having rang around a few dealerships Jack in the parts dept seemed the most engaged of any dealership I spoke to in getting the job done and getting it done right. A date was agreed and on the day the car was brought in, the service desk had all the relevant detail and had me on my merry way without any waiting around. The job did take longer than anticipated and the garage were keen to keen to get the job done right and not rush. When they called me in the afternoon to break the news, Jack couldn't have been more apologetic and had already arranged a very nice courtesy car for me to use while they completed the work that evening and then next morning. My car was delivered to me the next day with the car having being washed and looking as good as the day I first drove it home. The tow bar work looks top notch and looks like it came out of the factory with it from day one. Dealing with these guys was quite frankly a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending VW Wexford to anyone looking to buy car or get work done on their VW especially if they appreciate excellent service and attention to detail. The work will cost the same in every main dealer so you may aswell use somewhere that will do the work to the highest standard and treat your car like it was their own.
