Just bought my 5th car from Paddy in Annesley Williams, such a wonderful experience. He is always cheerful and so helpful explaining every feature in the car and ensuring I was happy with it all before he let me go. He has always given me great advice. I would highly recommend him and I myself would never go anywhere else. The experience was made even better because I also got to deal with the lovely Pamela to sort the finance end of it. She is very friendly,kind and generous with her time. Always takes time to go through all the paperwork properly with you and always with a lovely smile. After visiting a number of luxury car dealers in search of a specific model of Mercedes, I became frustrated with being shown cars with zero service history, and with the same old nonsense sales spiel being spouted by the salesmen - “this is a real man’s car” for example! After a fruitless search I finally went to Annesley Williams, and they really were a breath of fresh air. Jack at Annesley Williams was helpful and honest, and allowed me a thorough viewing and test drive of the car whilst being unhurried and not applying pressure in any way. The car was worlds apart from any I had seen at other dealers, having full service history with all paperwork and being in excellent condition. We made a deal, and they gave the car a full service, clean and valet prior to my collection. Overall they gave me an excellent buying experience, and when I need to purchase my next car Annesley Williams will be the first place I visit!
