I have recently had my 2015 Passat serviced here. Wes and his team did a great job. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and ability to get the project done very quickly. They were upfront with pricing and communicated very well. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking to get their VW or Audi serviced.

These guys are incredible!! I have had several of my Porsche's serviced at MF Auto and they have never disappointed. Today, I decided I was going to do a small repair on my Carrera. I got half way through when I realized that there was a certain type of bolt I had never seen before. I took the car over to my body shop guy who stated that it is a special fitment that only Porsche, VW, and Audi use. He did not have the right tool either. I decided to run over to MF Auto to see if I could order the tool. When the service rep. saw what it was, he said, "hold on a minute..." He went to the repair bay and moments later, reappeared with the exact tool I needed. I was able to remove the two bolts right there and complete the job when I got back home. Once again, I cannot say enough about the guys at MF Auto! I am grateful they are in Knoxville, and will continue to bring my European cars to them for anything they need.
