Simply sensational, the store is very organized and the service is on another level, I was served by Jack who was always very attentive and helpful. I have been to other Ford stores to buy my truck but here at SPIRIT I felt special and was very well treated and my financing was quickly resolved and the truck released in just 1 week. Booked my car service online and Emma was very efficient in responding my emails. My car was picked and dropped off by Garrett who is really nice, professional and friendly man. My car recently had an electrical issue leaving me stranded outside a supermarket. I was on the hunt for a new garage after my experience at my previous garage was appalling. They kindly took my car in from a direct tow even though they were booked out for the coming 10 days. They slotted me into a cancellation and the car was seen to within the week. I'm so pleased with the overall experience and the front of house staff especially.
