I contacted Bright Ford and enquired about a Transit Custom.. Got talking to Brian in commercials and he was completely professional and friendly in his approach, was right there when I needed him but never down my throat. He was great at advising what options would suit me and my business needs best. On top of that, he went above and beyond by offering to deliver my new van to the graphics company for company branding as I would be out of the country. When the graphics company rescheduled my booking, Brian offed to come into work on his day off, on St.Patrick’s Day to do a personal handover so I would have the van in time for my new booking.
