Ford Puma Titanium 1.0t Hybrid

We have been a customer with Lills O'Donnell since 2008. we just had our Focus estate serviced there last week. As usual, a very professional level of service from the moment I picked up the phone to book the car in, dropped the keys into service reception, received vehicle health check by e-mail, collected the car afterwards. The whole experience was excellent. Naturally, we will back at next service interval.

Very quick service by polite staff. Service was part of a recall and I've spent about 30min waiting. I was offered a coffee and they had a nice small waiting area. Nothing to complain about.

Efficient scheduling and completion of the work requested. Even got the promised call-back to arrange some additional work needed to ensure a full bill of health ahead of an NCT. Very satisfied all in all; highly recommended.
