Amazing customer service. We called in to have a look at the new Volvo EX30, Anthony, the sale representative was the most professional person we have ever met in a car dealership. He brought us for a test drive, took us through every aspect of the car, even offering us the opportunity to bring it home for a few days to try it out. From the very 1st phone call I made to Bolands I dealt with Brian Fardy. Brian was exceptional professional, we live about 2.5 hrs from Bolands, so Brian took a video & sent it, we then travelled to drive the car & loved it. Brian looked after all the paper work, i paid the deposit & all was so straight forward. He ensured time belt was replaced & car serviced & then drove the car half way to meet us. Superb professional person to deal with, Brian has subsequently followed up with a phone call to see were happy with the car.
