On recommendation from our neighbour, we went to have a look at some cars and from the moment we walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was so friendly. Daniel really listened to all the boxes we wanted to tick, was so helpful and that was even before we told him we were local! The whole experience from start to finish, Daniel, Mark and the lads washing and looking after tte cars, made us feel so welcome and we found the perfect car in just a day! Could not recommend Daniel and the team at car options enough! Such a professional and top class service. I bought my first car a Hyundai i10 which was in perfect condition, the car came valeted, fresh Nct, serviced and taxed. Along with 6 month warranty and AA breakdown cover. From the day of inspection to the day I bought the car the service was immaculate. Unfortunately the battery died in my car and I got straight on to Daniel and he had it sorted within 2 days under the warranty. Daniel always keeps in touch regularly to see how me and the car are getting on. If you or anyone you know is looking for a car this is the place to go. Got my 2nd car there and the minute I walked in the lads were so helpful and very pleasant. They were happy to answer any queries I had and my car was ready within a day of paying a deposit. Excellent customer service and a bargain of a car. Would recommend👍
