Had a booking for a part to be fitted to my car. I had arranged with Service dept to have the car returned to me at my workplace once it was done, Dan on Service was very helpful with this request. Once it was returned to and before time might I add, the driver was pleasant in giving me back the car & keys. I was absolutely delighted to see that my car was cleaned and hoovered inside and washed on the outside, I was not expecting this at all. A great level of customer care went into my visit.
