I was buying my first new car and wasn't familiar with the process. Lads in Bolands Waterford did a great job and walked me through everything. Great experience, lovely car!!!!! Fantastic customer service- always available, flexible, all questions answered, I was really well looked after. Very happy with my purchase ☺️ and the service I received. OK. Need to amend my review, the car purchase was great as described above but....there was also €200 voucher as a part of the purchase deal. I'm still waiting to receive it...no replies to my follow up messages, no update, absolutely nothing, been ignored. So I'm questioning the customer service now.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2025. Firstly i would llike to say we had a 20 year relationship with another garage in the area, We had a fantastic relationship and it was hard to move. Apart from the Santa Fe it was the thoughtful and caring service from John Morrisey that sealed the deal for us. His professionalism and care without being condesending was a perfect balance and we knew then this was a company we would like to do business with in the future. John's aftercare serivce and constant communication after we had paid the deposit was very comnforting and helped us to feel we had made a good decison. We collected the car on Saturday 18th January and drove away happy and content.We had a call on Monday checking in with us that all was well. We also met with Fearghal Meehan who also helped build our confidence for going forward with Bolands. Grahame Jensen
