Tomás was very patient with all my questions about the Kona, it was my first time considering the hyundai brand but was a previous electric car owner. I called in on a Friday and the following Monday to test drive the Kona electric again and was impressed the second time even more. His knowledge of the electric car was impressive, great hints and tips offered and deal done. Great handover on the collection day with app set up seamlessly. Initial meet on 7th March and collected car on 20th March which was a great turnaround. Thanks to all at Sheils Hyundai for your customer service. First impressions do count.

Just after purchasing our new car with Gerry, who was very friendly, attentive and helpful to us. Considering we live far from this branch, I had many calls over and over trying to make sure the car was the one. Gerry had no issues on talking to me many times, answering the questions we had and helping us. I was a bit nervous about driving a eletric car for the first time, so he offered to go with me, showed me all about the car and made sure to make me feel confortable to drive it. Not only him, but the showroom assistant was also lovely on all the calls, taking message and very nice to us when we were there’s I highly recommend this branch.

First time dealing with Sheilds Ennis and I have to say it was extremely pleasant and refreshing to actually deal with them. We’re trading a long time and it’s so nice to find a dealer that will give one a fair price on a trade in especially… We had Tomás and from the first encounter he took the time to show us everything about the Santa Fe , we also had a few questions for the sales manager Garry who was more than happy to help us . All round we had a very pleasant experience with them from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys , well worth a visit for sure .
