I had been in touch with Brian about changing my car and he is indeed very knowledgeable about the cars and very pleasant to talk to, when I collected my new car, he was very helpful with any queries I had and was very thorough with explaining to me all about the car, and also mentioned that if I am having any issues to contact him, which is very reassuring, full marks all round
