The level of service given from my initial interest in changing my car to the handing over of the keys to my new car was outstanding. There was no pressure put on me to make a deal and once I decided to change, I was kept very well informed of delivery date and any upgrades being fitted. All good so far. Second year of getting my car serviced. Up to now, all fine and still affordable even for a 'major' service. I was given a courtesy car upon request (although I had to ring to request it becauseon the form online I couldn't select an option to ask for it), the whole process was smooth and painless. They even gave my car a wash on the outside.
