All good, appointment was made within 24 hours of initial contact with the service team, (so no waiting for weeks to get an appointment) Drop-off was swift with plenty of available parking, keys were submitted with a time frame specified. On return the car was sorted in the time frame indicated, payment was made and I collected our fully serviced Tucson, all nice and clean as it had been given a complementary wash.
