They were incredibly nice and friendly. I thought it was great that they tried to talk to my father about things he was interested in, like farming and GAA. The car was ready, the showroom was immaculate, they took their time, addressed all of our concerns, and demonstrated how to use the new automated handbrake. We intend to return in the future, perhaps to purchase another vehicle there.

I recently had my Hyundai i10 repaired at Nallys where I bought the car almost 10 years ago. The job was expertly done and according to the timeframe given.
