First time to deal with this garage and found the visit very pleasant indeed, great selection of cars in the showroom, very clean and well laid out. I had been in touch with Brian about changing my car and he is indeed very knowledgeable about the cars and very pleasant to talk to, when I collected my new car, he was very helpful with any queries I had and was very thorough with explaining to me all about the car, and also mentioned that if I am having any issues to contact him, which is very reassuring, full marks all round

I purchased a Tucson from Fitzpatrick's even though I live in Cork. He was very reassuring and made the process easy. I never purchased a new car before, so I really appreciated all his help. I also love the videos he posts on YouTube - whenever I have a question about how to do something with the car, I find a video that he posted that walks you through it.
