Picked up a used Mazda 3 here on 28/7/23. Arrived before garage opened and seen my car out the back, when he seen me looking at, the guy who did the valet came out and gave me advice on how to care for it and wash it in future. Car was absolutely gleaming. Obvious the guy takes pride in his work. Interacted with 3 people in the space of a week at Joe Duffy Mazda, all of them approachable and over the top professional.
