I called Mark on 3rd of July 2024 regarding a 2018 Lexus RX 450H that they were advertising. He told me it was getting serviced in Denis O' Mahoney and he would call me back when it was available, should only be a few days. I mentioned I had a trade in and he said no problem (212 Hyundai Tucson Executive). He asked me to send him pics, which I did (on the 4th of July). I never heard back from him so I followed up with an email on the14th of July. I never got a reply. Today (20 /07/2024) I see the car for sale on their website and I still haven't had a call or a reply to my email.
