Had my car serviced at Wexford Car Centre Nissan & Kia, and I couldn’t be happier! The service was excellent, the free coffee kept me going, and the atmosphere was pleasant. They checked on me regularly, asking if I needed anything—top-notch customer care! A special thanks to Rita, who was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back, as always. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had dealings with Wexford Motors in Ardcavan for nigh on a couple of decades and never felt any need for change. I believe in loyalty for good service. In my own experience, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and act more as a family with nothing too much trouble for clients. I have always found their service assessments to be fair and any technical issues thrown up during an annual service are explained well enough for even for me to understand – I am not technically-minded. Over the years, my husband and I have bought four consecutive previously owned cars from them; each have been of good quality and condition and we never had any reason for complaint. Furthermore, I do not give my trust lightly.

I turned to the Wexford Car Centre having bought my 2 year old Kia EV from a large car retailer. The car is wonderful, and I love it, but the retailer had not properly serviced the vehicle, or updated its software and systems before selling it to me. As a result, there were a few very complicated issues to resolve which required several trips to the Wexford Car Centre as a KIA main dealer. This was all done under warranty, and the Wexford Car Centre team were brilliant. Their service department was truly exceptional- they resolved every issue, which required a few visits and lots of complicated procedures involving software and systems updates, but they managed it all brilliantly. Communication was truly excellent - I was given regular updates on progress, called if there was a delay in getting a solution in place or a part delivered just to reassure me that they were on it and that I had not been forgotten. It was excellent customer service at every level - from the front of house team to the mechanics and technicians. I will be back to them for sure whenever the car needs a service or any checks, and I will most definitely be buying my next car from them!
