Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid cash for a new car in March and after 6 months of emailing and calling, today I got my spare key (6 months later). Very poor customer service from sales team, on escalating matters to the various managers the service was equally as poor. Joe Duffy Kia in swords has competitive prices but not worth it for the poor service.

Sadly the service continues to be herrendous, a year after buying the car I booked the service which was meant to be free. Annabelle has been unhelpful and ignoring emails. I just called a day before to find out what time I need to be there which messes me up now for the work start time too as no information was received. I requested a call back from the manager and will be suprised if I get one. Worst garage I ever dealt with.

If you are looking for a horrendous pre and post sale customer service experience then look no further than Joe Duffy Motors in Swords. From the very outset these guys lied and misled me regarding the sale & readiness of a second hand vehicle. The sales experience itself took over three weeks and now four weeks post sale and I still have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with these guys (to get a matter closed out) who have absolutely zero concept of how provide good customer service. Avoid this garage at all costs, I wish I had.
