Very happy to say I 100% recommend Kia dealership in Airside! I have recently purchased a car and prior to that, I have been at many other dealerships in Dublin and not one has had the "time" for me to offer me the best deal these guys had, or any deal for that matter. Thanks to Gavin and his outstanding customer service, I was able to see how badly I was treated with other dealers. The guys really went the extra mile and worked out together the best deal based on my circumstances and can happily say I will be a regular customer there going forward! If you are wondering going to Joe Duffy Airside for Kia, do yourself a favour and go to Jack Doran in Drogheda. I'm waiting to hear from Joe Duffy since the 12th of September and Jack Doran contacted me back in 24hours and I already have a plan to get my car fixed. And John Taylor in Jack Doran is so much nicer and easy to deal with than whatever name's girl is in Joe Duffy.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid cash for a new car in March and after 6 months of emailing and calling, today I got my spare key (6 months later). Very poor customer service from sales team, on escalating matters to the various managers the service was equally as poor. Joe Duffy Kia in swords has competitive prices but not worth it for the poor service.
