Phil the legend at Midland Suzuki is highly recommended. He offers competitive prices, is friendly, efficient, and responds promptly. While other branches said we’d have to wait at least 12 months for a Jimny, Phil followed up and secured one from a canceled order at Suzuki Australia. We're glad we met Phil; he saved us hassle and is the best salesman we've ever met—honest and not pushy, getting things done efficiently.Every one in the branch was really friendly too , the vibe is really good, I definitely recommend my friends to come here for their vehicle purchase:)

I had a check engine light on my Vitara last week and stopped in to the service department to get some help. Peter was super helpful and professional, and Maddie gave me some great advice. Thanks to everyone for the help to get me back on the road so quickly.

The reason I visited Suzuki Midland was seeking help, I bought a new car from a dealer in cannington , but GPS data card was missing (it's a standard feature for the model I purchased). Went back to dealer but they gave me no support other than told me to contact Suzuki Australia( which is their job, not my job) So I went to Midland Suzuki just try my luck, see if I can find more advise. Sales rep Wesley was very kind, He listened the whole story , he lend me a GPS data SD card from their store , so I can use my GPS until the Suzuki Australia get back to me . A good car dealer is not just about how many cars they can sold, it's about how many support they can provide. I will recommend Suzuki Midland, if they could help people didn't buy the car from them, sure they will look after their own customers far more well.
