Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid cash for a new car in March and after 6 months of emailing and calling, today I got my spare key (6 months later). Very poor customer service from sales team, on escalating matters to the various managers the service was equally as poor. From the very outset these guys lied and misled me regarding the sale & readiness of a second hand vehicle. The sales experience itself took over three weeks and now four weeks post sale and I still have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with these guys (to get a matter closed out) who have absolutely zero concept of how provide good customer service. Avoid this garage at all costs, I wish I had.
