Very efficient and professional staff. The 24 hours test drive is a great way to test the car. Mr Ahlan and Gavin great people to deal with. But I am disappointed at the trade in value of my 2 virtually 231 card Otherwise I would deal with them at any time.

Gavin was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Always good communication about any info/updates, and was always great at getting back to me if I had any queries through text or email during the work day. Would highly recommend BYD Deansgrange and in particular Gavin. Made the minefield of buying a new car and communicating with dealerships extremely easy.

I had an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, experience at BYD South Dublin. I dealt with Daniel, who really explained everything extremely well about the Cars, & went with me on my test drive. Exceptional level of attention and suberb customer service. Avril, the showroom hostess was also wonderful, kind and an absolute pleasure to chat to. I'm from Wexford, but I will be buying at least one BYD SEAL, possibly more from the guys at BYD SOUTH DUBLIN, Deansgrange.
