Recently had car serviced and a couple of parts replaced with the assistance of Sean. He has been fantastic and made what could have been a more painful process very easy to sort out. All the staff are most friendly and the coffee is good too. Thanks.

I HAVE WAITED FOR A YEAR, STILL NO REFUND OR ANY SOLUTION. Absolute disappointment! "Feel like I got scammed for 115 euros!!" My XF had a crack on the EGR Cooler exhaust pipe which was evident to me, not being a mechanic. Day 1: Requested for an EGR cooler (they replied they need to diagnose the car to see the problem : 160 euros) I denied, as I knew the issue and explained them. Later they insisted to buy a new EGR Cooler, I gave my VRN and ordered a new EGR Cooler. Day 2: I paid 580 euros for the EGR Cooler. Apparently, I went home, checked and compared with the existing EGR, it was not the same (sold me a wrong part). Day 3: I come to return the wrong part, they told me the part in my car is not correct "its manipulated" A Jaguar part with serial number, part number, bar code and company signs. They told me to check again. Day 4: I went back to return the EGR Cooler. They said Sales Manager is not available and come back tomorrow. Day 5: They charged me 115 euros to return the part (20% for sending it back to where it came from). Absolute "SCAM" the charges to dispatch an item is based on the "weight" or "size" of shipment and usually it is fixed charge and not on the percentage of the item. No Receipt or bill has been provided saying that my 115 euros is really for the shipment. None of the mechanic actually saw the problem physically, such a disgrace.
