I just wanted to pass on kudos to what has to be one of the nicest, most knowledgeable and trustworthy sales guys I've ever come across, Darek.

Yesterday I called him about a Lexus UXE (which Darek had actually just sold 10 minutes before I called). And where most sales guys might hang up the phone once there is no sale, Darek took the time to give me genuine advice, insight and data that only someone with a wealth of car knowledge could provide (by the way this was at 5:25pm on a Friday evening).

Darek is definitely somebody i would love to do business with as he is such a genuine and helpful person. Where many "used car salespeople" have a bad reputation for pulling the wool over your eyes, I really felt Darek was giving me honest feedback. Highly recommend!

I was initially impressed with the speed at which Spirit Burton could  see the car. It needed a Full service (€600) but I was prepared to pay the premium as they are Land Rover specialists and Range rovers needs constant TLC to keep running well. I was also delighted when they offered to drop me home (I live about 10 mins drive away). At this point in the full experience, everything was five stars. Now I really really look after my cars. I picked up the car but the mechanic that was working on the job had clearly not been wearing any gloves. Further, he/she had not put a plastic seat protector over the drivers seat. The interior is white leather and I was shocked to see the steering wheel and drivers seat were filthy. I really had to scrub to get the dirt out and it could have easily been avoided if the mechanic had followed a common courtesy.  I should add that i specifically requested that the car should not be cleaned however i did not expect the interior to be in the condition upon pickup. I am now concerned about how well the service itself was carried out. Needless to say, I wont be going back. Attention to detail is really important to me and while the staff at SB were very polite (Big shout out to Linda and Siobhan) they were let down by poor workmanship.
