Fantastic service and communication throughout my purchase, Tommy, looked after us and even meet us half way to have a look at the car, everything was very easy and straight forward and customer service was amazing from kamilla at reception and Tommy with the sale of the car, I couldn’t recommend Toyota Tralee enough! Very happy overall.

Hi, My name is Brendan Ahern, I'd just like to send some positive feedback to the staff at Kellihers garage Tralee. I had my car break down on the side of the road close to the Ballygarry roundabout last Friday 17th January. I took a chance and rang the service lads and Eoin couldn't have done more to help get me back to the garage close to closing time in rush our traffic. Eoin sent 2 mechanics (name's unknown unfortunately) to my aid, one of the mechanics hopped into the car and instantly knew what the issue was, he told me to sit in and he drove it back to the garage. At this point I'm relieved as my car is back in the garage but my next issue is, how do I get home, up steps Niall from sale's, Niall told me he had a car that he could give me but it was late and getting my insurance on the car was the last hurdle, thankfully, my wife got my insurance transferred on and I had a car to take me home. I have now just struck a deal to trade my old car against a new used car from Niall. I don't have all the name's of the people who helped me out last Friday, Eoin in service, Niall in sale's, the 2 lads that came to me on the side of the road and the lady in reception who took my original call on the day, she felt my pain and did as much as she could to help me. This story is something I will pass on to anyone who asks me about my experience with Kellihers Tralee. Looking forward to dealing with you further into the future. Brendan Ahern
