I recently visited Stuarts Garage on the Greenhills Road for some repairs and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to Rolf at the service desk. From the moment I walked in, Rolf greeted me with a friendly smile and offered assistance right away. He booked my car in and promptly kept in touch over the phone regarding the issues at hand. He explained the breakdown of the costs and gave me the best options. I had a few much-needed repairs (replacing a brake caliper and motor and also the fan belt). The mechanic replaced everything and gave me back my car with everything in order and clean. I cannot fault their work. When I returned to collect my car, I was again greeted by Rolf. His customer service was top-notch throughout the whole process, making me feel valued as a customer. If you're looking for quality and outstanding service, I highly recommend this place. I will be back for that service!

Overall I had a great experience with my car service Booked the place for service over the phone and the girl was very welcoming and supportive with the booking. As I was working on the day, the reception accepted my car even before 8.30, which helped me to reach my office on time. During the service, got an update on the service and received suggestions for the change of wiper blades. No unwanted pushes for extra jobs or unnecessary costs. A very helpful way of communication and I was really happy with the whole process

When we arrived with the car we had the pleasure of being looked after by Sarah. She was extremely helpful and friendly and explained everything that the mechanics were going to do. We collected the car after just a couple of hours and everything was given a clean bill of health, happy days. I'd highly recommend Stuart's Garages for their courtesy and professionalism.
