Mazda mx5 NA 1.8RS euros roadster V special

1991 Eunos MX5 jap import V special lightweight Don’t ring me then realise you can’t insure it Pre CAT and ABS and classic tax. Bought as a shell early last year sandblasted and powder coated subframes with ball joints all around Nut and bolt restoration back to close to original as I wanted. (bought full donor car and added bits from my stock). So it’s a British racing green ( full respray 3 months ago) early MX5 with a tan interior and Nardi Wheel. Under the skin Jap 1.8 from an NB RS so higher redline from stock 7500 RPM ( few mods from Mazda over a standard car ) with a 5 speed. All original NB loom front to back except pop up headlights loom that was added to the NB loom but cut out from an NA loom. Was going to turbo but I built my NB instead. Non exhaustive list of work NB parts I added: NB shocks all around (better than the NA common mod) 1.8 Brakes because the 1.6 wouldn’t stop a wet fart. Alloy Radiator All new filters oils coolant and seals on the car Ready to drive still has the 1.6 (shorter ratio) VLSD but identifies as Open sometimes Braided brake lines ABS pump can be given with the swap with the module I just don’t like them. Airbags can be added as well (stock Nb wheel is there ) I just don’t trust 20-year explosives. Fresh NCT today backdated until 06/25 Could do with interior tidy if fussy Really fit car to go
