I found the staff utterly professional. Rescheduling my arrival time due to inclement weather wasn't a problem further I was met on arrival by a very pleasant lady who organised coffee and croissants for me whilst I waited for my car. Even though I arrived some one hour late my car was brought straight to the workshop and was promptly dealt with. Very good overall experience.

Had to bring car in for update to system. Great communication all the way from arranging booking to reminders. Friendly customer service & update carried out promptly. All round great service.

I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes from Fitzpatrick's Mercedes-Benz and traded in my old E-Class. The entire process was smooth and efficient. In just three days, I was driving away in my new Mercedes.
