I had a great experience with Nader and Nicole at Frank Keane Volkswagen 100%. Nader was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Could not fault anything at all with how he handled the sale and made sure I left happy and with the right car I wanted. I had enquired about the new model Tiguan back in February, Lisa told me she would keep me updated about the launch etc. I received photos from the launch and a video on the day it arrived at Liffey valley. I spent a good bit of time with Lisa building the Tiguan that I wanted, she went through every extra with me in great detail explaining what each pack included, she listened intensively to make sure my Tiguan was perfect for me . Lisa made sure that I got exactly what I wanted after multiple conversations. Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or force anything on me. Lisa kept me updated all the way with calls and emails from building it to it arriving in store. On collecting my Tiguan she had it out front with a big red bow on it making my experience more memorable.
