Fantastic dealership. From my first moment walking in the door, I was greeted by Ruarc.....he introduced himself and let me look at the car I had come to see. Put me under zero pressure. It took a couple of weeks to get my ducks in a row.....and during that time I got all the help I needed from Ruarc. Through no fault of Fallon & Hughs there was a bit of a delay because the NCT is not fit for purpose at the moment. The weekend I was to collect my car........Ruarc gave up his own personal time on a FRIDAY night and rang me at 9.30pm after personally getting my car NCT'd.
