I have just purchased a Mercedes GLE from Conor @ Newgate and I was very impressed with the service I received. This is my second purchase from Newgate and I love dealing with them. Review is for the Service Dept . Booked my car into Newgate as I thought rear brake pads needed replacement . It turned out that this was not the case with the pads after all . Rather than go ahead and change and charge me for the replacement the service receptionist came back to me with the news and I decided to get them done at a much later date when really needed to be done. Special thanks to Kyle at reception ( think that's his name ) , he also printed out and gave to me the car's Service History report as well as answering some other questions on my car . A real nice young gentleman . Thank you Newgate , thank you Kyle and team.
