Had a very poor after sales experience at this garage recently. Purchased a Skoda Kodiaq via a trade in, and had ongoing issues with engine management light that I was told would be sorted on day of pickup. Day of pickup came and light was still on. Appointment made to bring car back and on appointment day, after walking around Limerick for 3 hours, I get told a new part was required. I was given a much smaller car in return until part was fitted. Car was returned and the next day the engine management light came back on. I sent an email to Frank Hogan motors stating my dissatisfaction with the way I was being treated. Frank Hogan motors never replied or even acknowledged my email. Had to use road side assistance to bring car to nearest Skoda garage. Light eventually knocked off by Skoda garage after nearly two weeks. Not a great experience after buying a new car. Very poor after sales customer care. No apology or empathy shown by Frank Hogan motors.
