Recently bought a Ford Focus and Marcus and Chris were fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the whole process very easy. The car was in fantastic condition and even the minor defects (which I knew about before purchasing) were detailed to such a degree that they were hardly noticeable. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone in need of a car.

Bought a car from Marcus at John Hayes Cars recently. Delighted with the car, it's in top class condition and looks fantastic. Absolute gentleman to deal with, straight up from the word go, gave a fair price on my trade in and did his best for me on what I'm paying for the new one which I really appreciated. Sorted out a small issue I gave him and there was no pressure. Best compliment I can give him is that I'll be going back to him when I'm changing for a newer model.

I rarely do reviews and was not requested to leave a review. Think this may be my first review but I wanted to take the opportunity following my dealings with Marcus at John Hayes Cars. Was in the market for a car upgrade and the first car I looked at was at John Hayes. Marcus was a very genuine, honest gentleman who answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. I purchased on the spot. Car was perfectly detailed on collection. A very nice car buying experience and I will be in touch again when time for upgrade comes around again.
