Recently bought a Ford Focus and Marcus and Chris were fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the whole process very easy. The car was in fantastic condition and even the minor defects (which I knew about before purchasing) were detailed to such a degree that they were hardly noticeable. Absolute gentleman to deal with, straight up from the word go, gave a fair price on my trade in and did his best for me on what I'm paying for the new one which I really appreciated. Sorted out a small issue I gave him and there was no pressure. Best compliment I can give him is that I'll be going back to him when I'm changing for a newer model.

Marcus is a pleasure to deal with , that's why I recently purchased my 4th car from John Hayes cars and Marcus. As always it's a chat with no hard push . His after sales service is spot on as I did have an issue with one car an it was sorted immediately. If there is integrity within the car trade then it's in abundance here.
