Excellent customer service as always. Car was taken in straight away. Very impressive live stream of the vehicle health check received whilst the car was in the garage. Car was ready for collection, washed and interior cleaned within the time frame given. Offered tea/coffee upon arrival. A pleasure as always to deal with. Would highly recommend Morrison BMW.

Booking was easy with convenient times available. Was greeted on arrival by friendly staff(Phillip), who repeated the cost estimate & duration. I asked for an additional issue to be addressed & that was not a problem. Was telephoned following with additional minor issues identified & asked for these also to be addressed. Collected the vehicle after a slight delay ( due to the additional works), which was cleaned and well presented. The cost was reasonable given the additional requested work. Very happy

I would highly recommend Morrison's BMW. Our car was in for a callback and while in the garage their mechanics carried out a health check and found a leaking seal on the differential that we would have never known about until it was probably too late. Philip was a great guy to deal with, sent us a video of the health check showing the issue and was very professional throughout the process along with a great team of technicians. Many Thanks
