I enjoy the professional and warm manner in which the Frank Keane team present themselves. The automated process for the car service worked smoothly and efficiently. It was never pushy, always supportive with clear communication at all stages. When I collected the cat and drove away I could feel the adjustments made during the service in the enhanced driving experience. It felt like driving off the forecourt with a new car.

I had an exceptional experience dealing with Nicole in the Service department. This was my second time dealing with Nicole (but for a different car), however, in both cases each car was needed back urgently. I have had some great customer service experiences from the sales team at both of the Frank Keane but Nicole should certainly be the head of customer service for the company. She is a great listener and has extremely polite manners. She was dealing with my situation while she realized that an elderly couple was in need at the check-in kiosk as she excused herself to immediately help them. Upon returning she apologized and continued on with the conversation from where she left off. She is empathetic and has high level of emotional intelligence. In short, if I was running any service business, I'd make sure to get Nicole a pay increase, a nice year end bonus, and a promotion within the upcoming year if she keeps delivering like this.

First class repair and follow up recommendations. My first time using the online checkin. I would strongly recommend to clients to use the comment box during the checkin process as note is taken of the information you provide and there won’t be a face-to-face as you drop off your car. They came up trumps for me, great discussion on pickup and I am ‘happy out.’
