Our dealership experience was exceptional. We were given prompt attention by the very pleasant and professional sales associate, Mr. Billy Hurley. (Alas, he is Rugby player, not a hurler.) Billy reviewed the entire MB fleet at our request. There was absolutely no pressure or exhortation to buy. Based on our needs and preferences, he recommended a C Class Saloon instead of an ‘upsell.’ This is the go to dealership. Moreover, they offer very good coffee. As a lifelong motoring enthusiast, The C200d exceeded my expectation. As an ‘old school’ driver, contrary to my initial concern, one does not need a degree in a technology discipline to master the advanced safety, entertainment and convenience features.
