From the moment I stepped into Mercedes, I was greeted with their normal smile and professionalism. I was perfectly comfortable leaving my car in for its service. I was contacted before anything extra was done - only replacing windscreen wipers and Adblue but I appreciate being asked. I had a text message to say the car was ready for collection.
