Very disappointing aftersales service. I purchased a C class Mercedes in May, the NCT was not done so Conor told me to book it in my local centre and I would be reimbursed. A few weeks after I getting the car the air conditioning stopped working, again Conor told me to get it done in my local garage as this is not covered under the guarantee, again I was to be reimbursed. Despite many messages to Conor and calls to the office I have not received any payment. This is not about the money, it's the principle: when you say you will do something follow through and don't "ghost" the person. I regret trading in my A6 for this car and dealing with this garage - never again.
