I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes from Fitzpatrick's Mercedes-Benz and traded in my old E-Class. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday and was immediately assisted by Nail. He was incredibly helpful and arranged a test drive for the car I was interested in. While I was on the test drive, Nail assessed my old car and quickly offered a very fair price— better than what I had been offered at another Mercedes dealership in Dublin. The entire process was smooth and efficient. In just three days, I was driving away in my new Mercedes.
