I found the staff utterly professional. Rescheduling my arrival time due to inclement weather wasn't a problem further I was met on arrival by a very pleasant lady who organised coffee and croissants for me whilst I waited for my car. Even though I arrived some one hour late my car was brought straight to the workshop and was promptly dealt with. Very good overall experience.

It’s always about the service! Something happens and we dread the process of dealing with “the car that doesn’t work”. Carol in service was super, Gordon the master tech and his follow up, (nobody has ever followed up in any other garage) was super! Fitzpatricks Mercedes were great!
