Mercedes-Benz GLB 200D Progressive

I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes from Fitzpatrick's Mercedes-Benz and traded in my old E-Class. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment on a Saturday and was immediately assisted by Nail. He was incredibly helpful and arranged a test drive for the car I was interested in. While I was on the test drive, Nail assessed my old car and quickly offered a very fair price— better than what I had been offered at another Mercedes dealership in Dublin. The entire process was smooth and efficient. In just three days, I was driving away in my new Mercedes. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service from Nail made the experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning to Fitzpatrick’s for my next car. Highly recommended!

Got my car booked in at a convenient date and time by Mark. Had good follow up with Gabby during the service. On collection of the car everything was ready and the job explained in detail by Mark. The car was presented back to me in a super manner cleaned and looking like new for a 211KE. Had a quick chat with Niall before I left about a possible change.
