Service was for a B4 service, I was expected at 9.30am, greeted straight away, and then given a lift into Wexford where I did a little shopping with my daughter. I was then texted a link to "additional optional" work that needed doing. The service was done, and I was collected and brought back to go over the work. Everything was handled professionally and with politeness. I was aware of a few issues that needed fixing, and approved the additional work that was required. Some jobs were pointed out to me that may not need fixing, as they may have been due to the other issues. One issue in particular was the AdBlue, my guage was working, until it was filled, after the fill, it wasn't working, and was giving a readout saying it was empty, when it had been filled. I was told this may cost €170 to diagnose. I was also told that this might not be the case, and that another issue, a small leak, may fix the issue, I'm hoping this is the case, as fixing all my outstanding jobs would take a considerable amount of time, and money, a 2 day job. I was also told that there may be no replacement courtesy car, but one would be sourced, and hopefully ready for me to use. Again, I'm hoping this is the case. All in all, courteous and friendly staff, including the gentleman who gave us the lift in and back from Wexford. If I was to give a score out of 10, I'd give a 9, only taking 1 point away for the cost of the jobs. Owning a Mercedes is not cheap!

I recently had my NOx sensor replaced as part of a recall at the Mercedes service center in Wexford, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team exhibited exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Scheduling the appointment was hassle-free. The service itself was completed promptly and within the estimated time frame. The technicians did an excellent job, and my car was returned to me in pristine condition. It was evident that they took great care in their work. Additionally, the waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities, making the short wait pleasant. The level of customer service provided was top-notch, and I left the service center feeling confident in the quality of the work performed. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercedes service center in Wexford for their outstanding service and professionalism.
